DRY NEEDLING
A spinal adjustment is a type of manual therapy that is used to realign the vertebrae of the spine. It involves applying a controlled force to the vertebrae of the spine to correct misalignments and improve the range of motion of the spine.
This is an effective procedure that treats muscular pain and spasm throughout the body. Using thin acupuncture needles that are inserted into the tissues, it is used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and can help to release tightness, reduce pain, and improve range of motion.

FLEXION DISTRACTION
Soft Tissue Management (STM) is a comprehensive approach to the management and treatment of soft tissue injuries. It involves identifying and treating the underlying causes of the injury and using an evidence-based approach to return the affected area to optimal function.
This gentle technique is used to passively stretch the tiny muscles within the spine as well as open the joints of the spine while providing a comfortable release of the muscles of the back in spasm.
